Royal Mail Postal Strikes
At T.H. Findings we pride ourselves on providing a dependable and efficient service. Though in house order processing and dispatch times are as reliable as ever, we have been experiencing external delays due to the ongoing Royal Mail strikes. Not only do they delay delivery times of your items, they also influence how fast our suppliers can get stock to us. Please keep this in mind and make time allowances during this period when planning your orders to minimise wait times.
The planned strike days, and the departments they apply to, are shown below.
If you have any priority orders that you need urgently Valentina will be able to assist you in placing a courier order. We currently use APC Next Day and there is an approximate £10 charge for packages up to 10kg
If you are local to the Jewellery Quarter you can also book a collection. This differs to our standard shop experience as we will know what you'd like before you arrive and can pick and pack your items ready for your visit. Paying prior to collection will also cut down any wait time in store.
Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance during this time. With 14 days of planned action in November alone it is safe to say we will all be affected at some point. We will do everything in our power to ensure our service is affected as little as possible. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this time.
