Following the latest government announcement our showroom will be closed to the general public until we leave Tier 4. We can however continue to provide our successful Click & Collect service and will also continue to post out daily for orders placed online, via email or by phone.

 

For Click & Collect orders a member of our team will contact you when your order is ready for collection. Please do not attend the store prior to receiving this call. This is to allow us the time to pick your order & help minimise any delays in store whilst maintaining a COVID safe environment.

HOW TO GET IN TOUCH 


Our phone lines will be open during our standard working hours. You can contact us via 0121 554 9889 between the hours of 8:30 - 4:30 Monday - Thursday and on Fridays between the hours of 8:30 - 2:00. Though the lines are closed outside of these hours, online orders can be placed via this website or by emailing sales@thfindings.com directly.

FREE SHIPPING  


 

We realise now more than ever the importance of being able to offer a quality delivery service. Whilst we are in Tier 4 we would like to extend the offer of FREE Royal Mail shipping for all orders over £10 and FREE courier shipping on all orders  over £100. 

 

We continue to post daily and offer a range of different services to meet your individual needs. Please note there is a lunchtime cut off for APC TRAX next day courier orders. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the following working day.
